Quick‑install dowel with flange – 6×40 mm

Quick‑install dowel with flat head and integrated flange is designed for fast and reliable fastening in solid building materials — such as concrete, solid brick or stone. A special barrier inside the sleeve prevents premature expansion during driving, guaranteeing stability and effective load transfer.

The PZ‑socket screw is driven directly into the sleeve with a hammer. Its head is protected by a raised ring, eliminating the risk of head damage during installation. This allows the screw to be unscrewed and reused — without removing the entire dowel.

The sleeve is made of polypropylene, and the screw of hot‑dip galvanized steel — enabling safe installation in metal structures where preventing contact corrosion is important. The flange provides additional bearing surface, and the flat collar minimizes the risk of corrosion transfer between components.
