Quick installation with removable option and corrosion protection

Nylon quick‑install anchor 8 × 100 mm is a solution designed for installers who need a stable, non‑corroding and reversible connection in hard substrates. Made of high‑quality halogen‑free nylon, it does not conduct electricity and does not chemically react with metal parts — eliminating the risk of contact corrosion.

The pre‑assembled anchor includes an integral barrier that prevents premature expansion of the anchor during driving. This means the anchor is not damaged before the screw is inserted — installation is single‑shot and safe, without the need for additional element‑condition checks.

The screw head is protected by a raised ring, which shields it from damage during striking. After installation the screw can be unscrewed — the anchor does not become “locked” in the substrate, allowing easy removal or position adjustment.

The version with a flat collar prevents contact corrosion between metal parts — e.g., between the screw and a metal strip, channel or clamp. This provides specific protection against electro‑chemical degradation of the joint.

The anchor works in concrete, brick, block and aerated concrete. It requires drilling a 8 mm diameter hole. Minimum drilling depth in the substrate is 40 mm — sufficient for stable holding. Maximum thickness of the mounted element is 62 mm, corresponding to the usable length of the anchor. The expansion zone (35 mm) provides proper spread and load transfer.

No additional components are required — it functions as a single unit: anchor + screw.
