Fast, thermally separated fixing with ETA approval

The set includes 20 complete fixing systems, ready for installation. Each component consists of an M12 threaded rod, 295 mm long, made of galvanized steel class 8.8, a black thermal module made of glass-fiber reinforced nylon, and a set of end components made of A4 stainless steel: an M12x70 mm threaded stud, a U-washer, a nut, and a 20x130 mm mesh anchor. Everything is pre-assembled — no additional assembly required.

Works on all common base materials

The system is designed for use in concrete, aerated concrete, solid and perforated brick, as well as other materials such as calcium-sand blocks or lightweight concrete blocks. For each substrate, appropriate drilling depths are specified: 80 mm for concrete, 110 mm for aerated concrete and solid brick, 140 mm for perforated brick — with an additional "+e" margin for substrate irregularities. The hole diameter is 14 mm or 20 mm, depending on the substrate type and installation method.

Eliminates thermal bridges and ensures airtightness

The black thermal module effectively insulates the metal from the wall, preventing heat conduction through the fixing. This means: reduced energy loss, no condensation, and no risk of mold. Additionally, the pre-installed EPDM seal ensures airtightness — tested according to DIN EN 1027 method A, confirming watertightness under wind-driven rain up to wind force 11 (severe storm). No additional sealing of holes after installation is required.

Simple installation with adjustable length

The M12 threaded rod can be shortened on-site to the required length — ideal for varying insulation thicknesses: 60–220 mm in concrete, 60–190 mm in aerated concrete and solid brick, 60–160 mm in perforated brick. The set also includes 8 MDV extenders (200 mm) and an Innensechskant bit size 6 — everything needed for installation in one package.

Used where safety and durability matter

The system has ETA approval, meaning it meets safety requirements for loads on insulated facades. Applications include: French balconies, awnings, satellite antennas, air conditioning units, drainage pipes, shutters, external chimneys, and photovoltaic panels. All these elements are exposed to wind, rain, and long-term loads — and this system holds them securely without corrosion risk thanks to A4 stainless steel in all end components. The M12 threaded rod is galvanized, ensuring weather resistance while maintaining high strength (class 8.8).
