Fast, secure mounting on insulated facades – without thermal bridges

This spacer mounting system ensures durable and safe anchoring of heavy elements – such as awnings, air conditioners, French balconies, or satellite dishes – directly onto thermal insulation, without creating thermal bridges. It is the only product in its class with a European Technical Assessment (ETA), meaning it meets the highest safety requirements for critical applications.

Each set includes a pre-assembled black thermal separation module reinforced with glass-fiber nylon – resistant to UV, weather conditions, and aging. Its special thread screws directly into the insulation, eliminating the need for additional tools or assembly steps. The EPDM seal, already mounted on the outer part, ensures watertightness against driving rain up to wind force 11 (severe storm), in accordance with DIN EN 12155. No additional sealing is required – installation is complete once screwed in.

The M16 threaded rod (length 385 mm) is adjustable during installation – the screw-in depth is adapted to insulation thickness from 60 to 300 mm in concrete, up to 280 mm in aerated concrete and solid brick, and up to 250 mm in perforated brick. The outer mounting part is an M12 anchor made of A4 stainless steel; the nut and washer are also A4 grade – guaranteeing corrosion resistance even under long-term exposure to moisture. The M16 rod in this set is made of galvanized steel class 8.8.

The system works on all common base materials: concrete, concrete blocks, solid and perforated brick, as well as natural stone. Installation requires only drilling a hole with a diameter of 18–20 mm and a depth of 90–140 mm + e (depending on the substrate), followed by screwing in the entire system. This saves time and costs – no additional seals, adhesives, or specialized tools are needed beyond a standard screwdriver with a 1/4 inch bit (included).

The product was designed and manufactured in Germany (Aichach, Bavaria). Its design not only eliminates heat loss and the risk of mold but also ensures long-term load stability even under dynamic wind loads.
