Rubber clamp M8+M10 75 – solution for pipes with a diameter of 75–80 mm

Clamp made of stainless steel A2 (AISI 304) with double threads M8 and M10, intended for securing pipes with a diameter of 75–80 mm. EPDM rubber inside provides flexible, leak‑tight adhesion to the pipe surface, regardless of material – from copper to PE-X or PP. The washer is resistant to ageing and high temperatures, ensuring the clamp retains its properties even during long‑term use under variable conditions.

The design includes double reinforcing ribs that increase rigidity and resistance to deformation under load. A screw with a combined hex head (slot + hex) allows installation with either a wrench or a screwdriver, facilitating work in hard‑to‑reach places. The joining nut has a specially designed resistance, so it does not loosen during cross‑welding – important for installation in industrial systems.

The maximum load rating is 150 kg, providing stable pipe support even under high mechanical loads or vibrations. Dimensions are matched to standard pipe sizes – the 75 clamp corresponds exactly to the 75–80 mm range.

ITB approval confirms compliance with Polish technical standards for fastening elements in hydraulic and heating installations. No additional anti‑corrosion measures are required – the A2 material itself provides corrosion resistance in humid environments.

During installation, no extra washers or seals are needed – the internal rubber part acts as mechanical and thermal insulation and also dampens vibrations. This solution is suitable for both domestic installations and industrial systems.
