Rubber clamp M8+M10 100 – vibration damping in ventilation systems

The clamp is intended for securing round ventilation ducts with a diameter of 100 mm, lined with EPDM rubber — a material resistant to ageing and stable over a wide temperature range. It is not a simple seal: EPDM provides lasting vibration and noise damping that would otherwise be transmitted from the duct to the building structure.

The clamp is made of high‑quality steel, with double reinforcing ribs — providing rigidity and preventing deformation under load. The joining nut features a special cross‑welded design, preventing it from loosening due to vibrations. The screw has a combined hex head (slot + head) allowing installation with either a wrench or a screwdriver — useful in confined spaces.

The set includes two joining screws — no additional components are required. The seal does not require replacement or additional lubrication. There is no need to use other insulating materials — EPDM works on its own.

Fits Spiro ducts and other round channels of 100 mm diameter. Applications include gravity ventilation, mechanical ventilation, heat recovery and air conditioning — both in residential and industrial buildings.
