The 918RI clamp is a design intended for secure mounting of copper and plastic pipes with a diameter of 18 mm – especially where resistance to extreme temperatures and acoustic insulation are required. It features double reinforcing ribs that increase rigidity and load capacity without added weight. The internal EPDM gasket not only dampens vibrations but also prevents transmission of noise from the pipes to the building structure – important in residential and public construction.

The connecting nut has M8+M10 threads, allowing flexible fitting to various brackets and mounting components. A special screw design with a combined hex head (slot + head) prevents loss during installation – no need to worry about the part being lost in hard‑to‑reach areas. The screw is permanently secured, and the nut is cross‑welded – ensuring resistance to loosening under vibration or thermal expansion.

The EPDM rubber gasket is aging‑resistant and operates stably from –50 °C to +110 °C – suitable for cooling systems as well as hot‑water and heating circuits. The gasket retains elasticity during cyclic heating and cooling, extending the service life of the entire mounting system.

The clamp is made of high‑quality steel, and its design complies with DIN 4102, class B2 – providing verified fire resistance. ITB approval confirms compliance with Polish technical requirements for fastening elements in sanitary installations.
