Double-threaded screw for mounting in wood with FX/MZK dowels

The 9B630TF screw is a specially designed fastening element that acts as an intermediary between the FX-MSD-MZK expansion dowel and L-clamps or other threaded components. Its construction enables secure and durable anchoring in wood, even under dynamic loads – for example, during the installation of pipes, cables, or ventilation ducts.

The external M6 thread is optimized for compatibility with FX/MZK type dowels, which are used in hollow building cavities – such as hollow walls, gypsum boards, or wooden structures. The internal "TF" (double-thread) thread allows for quick and precise tightening of the clamp without the need for additional nuts or intermediate components.

The screw is made of steel and coated with a 5 µm thick yellow electro-galvanized layer – ensuring corrosion resistance in humid or slightly aggressive environments. It does not require pre-drilling a pilot hole in wood, which speeds up installation and reduces the risk of damaging the base material.
