Self-drilling screw for sheet metal with hex head

Self-drilling screw CELO DIN 7504K with hex head and integrated washer is designed for mounting sheet metal and metal profiles without prior drilling. A special drilling point enables drilling through sheets up to 6 mm thick — with a screw diameter of 6.3 mm — and for a diameter of 4.2 mm the value is proportionally lower, according to the range defined in the standard.

The washer integrated directly with the head distributes the load, preventing material damage during tightening. The hex head (SW 7 driver) allows precise tightening with a wrench, which is important when working in hard‑to‑reach locations. The screw is made of steel — resistant to deformation and corrosion.

CNBOP approval confirms its compliance with safety requirements for fastening elements in construction. Applications include assembly of light steel structures, partition walls, ceilings with G-K boards and joining sheets together. Available in a box and blister pack.
