Single Clamp F 40mm – Robust Mounting for Cables and Pipes in Concrete

The metal clamp 940F is designed for permanent mounting of E90 fire protection cables, copper, steel, or multilayer pipes directly onto concrete, solid brick, or lime-sand blocks. Its double-profiled construction enhances rigidity and resistance to bending—critical for installations where loads are concentrated or horizontal forces are present.

Installation is simple: a 6.5 mm diameter hole allows the use of standard DA anchors, BTS concrete screws, or MSD pins with TG screws. No special tools or additional components are required—just a suitable screwdriver and the correct type of anchor.

The clamp height is 42.3 mm, with a washer thickness of 1.5 mm, ensuring stable support on the surface and minimizing the risk of shifting during installation. Made from steel, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term durability under construction conditions.

CNBOP approval confirms compliance with Polish requirements for mounting systems in fire protection installations. The clamp operates safely for pipe diameters from 35 to 42 mm—perfectly suited for most standard cables and pipes.
