Rubber clamp M8+M10 200 – solution for stable pipe mounting in hydraulic and heating installations

The clamp is made of stainless steel A2 (AISI 304), providing corrosion resistance even in humid or aggressive environments. The outer surface is smooth, without sharp edges – it facilitates installation and does not damage insulation or pipe coatings.

The rubber gasket made of EPDM provides sealing and vibration damping, and is also resistant to ageing and high temperatures – it does not lose flexibility during long‑term use. The gasket requires no additional sealing, and its shape, matched to the pipe diameter (32–36 mm), eliminates the risk of movement or improper loading.

The clamp contains double reinforcing ribs that increase the rigidity of the construction without extra weight. The joining nut has a special design with cross welding – this solution allows safe and durable clamping even under high loads. The screw with a combined hex head (slot + head) enables installation with both a wrench and a screwdriver – convenient for the installer in hard‑to‑reach places.

ITB approval confirms compliance with Polish safety and quality standards for fastening elements in water‑thermal installations. Maximum load is 150 kg – sufficient for most copper, PVC or PE-X pipes in heating, ventilation and water‑supply systems.

It is worth remembering: although the product is marked as M8+M10, this does not mean it can be used as a threaded connection between pipes. It is a fastening element – the threads are intended solely for attachment to a wall or supporting structure.
