Steel dowel SAP M10 – classic embedment anchor without flange

The SAP M10 dowel is a sleeve‑type embedment anchor designed for installation in concrete. Its flange‑free design makes it ideal where space is limited – e.g., at edges or in thin ceiling structures and load‑bearing elements.

Certified according to the European technical approval ETA and the CNBOP certificate, the anchor achieves high load values despite its short length and small edge distance. Excellent coordination between the cone and the sleeve allows simple driving – no additional pressure or precise alignment is required. The rounded sleeve eases insertion into the hole, and clear type and diameter markings on the sleeve surface eliminate the risk of mistakes on site.

All SAP Plus sizes are available with or without a flange – this model, as the flange‑free version, is intended for applications where additional surface retention is unnecessary or where installation demands maximum compactness.

Installation requires the use of an ESW Pro or ESW tool – only such equipment guarantees full activation of the anchor and achievement of the declared load parameters. It is used exclusively in concrete – not suitable for other substrates.

Applications include: ceiling installations, pipe installations, cable routes, brackets and formwork elements. It is a solution for non‑structural applications – both in uncracked concrete (single‑use) and cracked concrete (multiple‑use).
