Proven concrete anchoring, without flange

The SAP M6 (96SAP) steel wedge anchor is an embedment sleeve anchor designed for use in ceilings and concrete structures where space is limited. Its compact length and ability to be installed close to the edge do not reduce its load capacity – thanks to the European technical approval ETA and CNBOP certification, it achieves high load values even with short embedment.

A flange is not required – the product is available with or without one, providing flexibility when selecting a solution for a specific application. In installations where a flange would be an obstacle (e.g., near edges or in thin slabs), the absence of a flange becomes an advantage.

The rounded shank facilitates insertion of the anchor into the hole – it does not jam or seize during driving. Excellent coordination between the cone and the sleeve makes the process smooth, even under high expansion forces. This is important for the installer: less manual effort, lower risk of substrate damage.

The anchor’s surface is clearly marked with the type (SAP) and diameter (M6) – there is no room for error on the site. No need to guess whether it is M6 or M8; the marking is readable even in field conditions.

For proper installation, the use of the ESW PRO expander with a protective rubber seal is recommended – it provides controlled sleeve expansion and avoids the risk of concrete damage.

All this – minimal length, no flange, high load capacity and clear markings – makes this wedge anchor a tool for the installer who knows what they are doing: no need for a “large” anchor to achieve a “big” force.
