Cable tie mounting bracket, quick installation using a nailer

The TBB bracket (9GRTBB) is a mounting component designed for the quick and reliable fastening of cable ties to walls and ceilings. It is intended for use with gas-powered nailers—including models FORCE ONE, CELO AG20, HILTI, Würth, BEA, and SPIT—allowing installers to use it with existing systems without changing tools.

Installation is performed in a single motion: the nailer drives the bracket into the substrate, and then the cable tie is inserted through one of the four side holes. This eliminates the need for precise bracket orientation, allowing installation in any position. The rounded shape enables self-centering of the pipe or clamp, reducing the risk of improper load distribution.

Made of nylon, it is halogen-free and compliant with the RoHS standard. It does not emit harmful gases during a fire, which is significant in enclosed spaces such as ventilation ducts or public rooms. The ETA approval confirms its safety only within the complete system: FORCE ONE nailer + XHA nails (min. 22 mm) + this bracket.

A height of 13 mm and a diameter of 24.5 mm make it suitable for cable ties up to 10 mm wide—standard in HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic installations. Packaged in boxes of 100 pieces, it is ready for immediate use on site.

No additional tools or screws are required—only a nailer. This saves time and reduces the number of potential failure points.
