80 mm thermal insulation screw, made of glass‑fiber reinforced nylon, provides durable and safe fixation directly in insulation boards — without the need to drill pilot holes in the plaster. The sharp tip allows direct screwing even into hard materials such as EPS, XPS or wood‑fiber boards, while preserving the integrity of the insulation layer.

Safe and watertight connection

Flat head with EPDM gasket provides natural thermal insulation and hermeticity — it prevents moisture ingress into the insulation. The product passed a leakage test for driving rain according to DIN EN 1027 method A, confirming its resistance to weather conditions. Glass‑fiber reinforced nylon is resistant to ageing, UV radiation and external factors — it does not yellow, crack or lose strength even after years of exposure.

Universality and installation flexibility

The 80 mm length makes the screw fit perfectly into most ETICS systems with insulation thickness ≥ 80 mm. The hole in the head allows light mounting with a 3.5 mm screw — ideal for motion sensors, lights, signs or cornice guards. The thread specially designed for insulation materials provides stable holding without pulling out or looseness. Installation is performed with a TX25 bit — quick, intuitive and requires no additional tools.

The screw is available in sepia brown (RAL 8014), allowing subtle blending with various plasters and façade surfaces — without the need for additional painting or masking.
