The IPL 95 thermal‑insulation screw enables direct attachment to the thermal‑insulation layer without creating a thermal bridge – ensuring full insulation effectiveness. Thanks to its sharp cutting tip, it requires no pre‑drilling and even drills reliably through hard ETICS plaster up to 7 mm, without risk of cracks or material damage.

Made of the highest‑quality, halogen‑free nylon, it is resistant to ageing, UV radiation and extreme weather conditions – performing from –40 °C to +80 °C. It has passed a rain‑tightness test according to DIN EN 1027 method A, confirming its reliability in external ETICS systems.

Installation without changing tools

Using the Duo‑Bit (SW13) allows mounting both the screw and the bolt with the same tool – no need to change bits during work. This saves the installer time and eliminates errors caused by tool changes. The screw is compatible with M8 bolts up to 40 mm in length plus the thickness of the mounted element – ideal for heavier loads such as lamps, brackets or rain‑pipe hangers.

For composite systems and hard substrates

Designed for fastening to polystyrene, polyurethane foams, wood‑fibre boards and Heraklith. Minimum embedment depth is 40 mm – simply press it into the insulation and tighten the screw. A 32 mm‑diameter pile provides stable load distribution, and the nylon material does not corrode or react chemically with plasters or adhesives.

No additional components are required – it functions as a complete system: screw + M8 bolt + appropriate SW13 bit. There is no need to purchase separate fastening parts or use extra seals.
