Threaded rod for VA12 ampoule – 12x250mm

The threaded rod 912250AST is designed exclusively for use with VA chemical ampoules – it does not work correctly with other systems. Its sharpened tip allows easy insertion into a drilled hole, and the nut with washer provides stable clamping of the mounted element without the need for additional components.

Each box contains a setting tool – a hex socket screw – which enables precise placement of the rod during installation. Installation is performed by rotating the rod in the hole while striking it, which guarantees full activation of the chemical resin and even load distribution.

Approved by the European Technical Assessment (ETA) for uncracked concrete, the rod is intended for fastening heavy loads with small edge distances. It operates reliably in solid brick and concrete, and its 250 mm length allows deep anchoring – the effective anchorage length is 110 mm, meeting standard requirements for static loads.

The steel construction (hot‑dip galvanized, strength class 5.8) provides corrosion resistance in indoor and moderately humid environments. No additional surface protection is required when installed in concrete.

Please note: the rod may be used only with VA ampoules and only with VA AST type rods – other rods do not have a sharpened tip and will not ensure proper system operation.
