Trapezoidal bracket for mounting on sheet metal

Bracket made of high‑quality spring steel, galvanically zinc‑coated — provides corrosion resistance in outdoor and humid conditions. Designed for installation on sheet metal with a thickness of 2.5 mm, it allows stable suspension of a threaded rod with an M10 thread.

Installation requires drilling a hole in the sheet using a special punching tool — one that creates the characteristic trapezoidal shape, ensuring mechanical locking of the bracket in the material. No additional fasteners are needed beyond the M10 threaded rod.

The bracket is used in combination with an M10 threaded rod or an M8 screw — meaning the M8 screw is a mounting element that attaches to the bracket’s M10 thread. There is no fixed M8 nut in the assembly. The M10 thread is an integral part of the bracket.
