Universal expansion anchor for direct fastening in various building materials

The USN 60 mm anchor is a solution designed for quick and safe mounting of elements that require stability but cannot be installed with a thermal bridge. Ideal for fixing wall‑connecting profiles, cornice protectors, sheets, small lamps, motion sensors or signs – especially where aesthetics matter.

Made of glass‑fiber‑reinforced nylon with an EPDM seal, it is resistant to ageing, UV radiation and weather conditions. This provides not only strength but also durability for both outdoor and indoor use. V‑shaped flexible elements ensure stable expansion in the hole, delivering high pull‑out force without the need for additional fastening components.

It can be installed in almost all common materials: concrete, solid and hollow brick, concrete blocks (including AAC6), masonry blocks and natural stone.

The recommended drilling depth is 40 mm, and the hole diameter – 6 mm. The anchor is 60 mm long, allowing installation of elements up to 25 mm thick. A through‑hole (8–10 mm) enables easy passage of a screw or fixing rod.

Only drilling is required – no special tools or extra components are needed. If removal is necessary, simply tap out the head with a chisel or drill it out (the head has a slot for guiding).
