What is this washer for?

Metal washer 925AW is a mounting element intended for use with gas‑driven fasteners – it serves to stabilize and transfer impact force when fixing profiles, cable trays, sheets or other components on concrete, brick, blocks or steel. Its design allows quick one‑handed installation: the washer holds on the fastener’s nose, does not fall off during aiming, and the mounting takes only a few seconds.

How does it work and what is it made of?

Made of steel with a hot‑dip galvanizing coating, it has a diameter of 25 mm and a thickness of 0.8 mm – thick enough to resist deformation on impact, yet thin enough not to interfere with surface fit. A height of 5 mm provides adequate clearance between the mounted part and the substrate, helping to avoid pressure on delicate materials such as insulation or plastic ducts. The patented “stick fit” shape securely holds the washer on the tip of the fastener – it does not fall out even when used single‑handed.

What does it work with and where is it applied?

Compatible with most gas‑driven fasteners, including CELO AG20 and FORCE ONE+ models. It works on concrete (minimum thickness 100 mm), concrete blocks (minimum 35 mm), steel (minimum 3.5 mm) and solid brick. Mainly used for mounting:

• cable trays and wires
• metal sheets
• sealing membranes
• insulation foils
• insulation panels

No additional fastening is required – after being driven with a nail gun it stays permanently fixed. If needed, it can later be used as a mounting point for a screw up to 4 mm – simply remove the plastic insert (if present in the model).

Yes – it has a national technical assessment CNBOP and ETA approval. This means its parameters and strength have been verified by authorized institutes – it is not an “add‑on” to an installation, but a proven component of the fastening system.
