Durable and halogen-free cable tie, designed for harsh conditions

The cable tie is made of polyamide 6.6 – a halogen- and silicone-free material – ensuring stability in extreme temperatures and resistance to aging. It contains no harmful substances, making it safe for installations in areas with high sanitary or environmental requirements.

A length of 1030 mm allows bundling of cables, pipes, or hoses with a diameter up to 315 mm – ideal for organizing large conductors in switchboards, ducts, or outdoor applications. The maximum recommended load is 110 kg, ensuring that even heavy cable bundles remain securely held without risk of overload.

The rounded tip facilitates easy insertion into the head – it does not jam or form "loops" during installation. This significantly speeds up the installer's work, especially when dealing with a large number of mounting points. The cable tie geometry ensures uniform pressure on the surface of the bundled element – it does not damage insulation or housing.

UL and ROHS certifications confirm compliance with international safety and environmental standards. Operating temperature: from -40°C to +85°C – suitable for both cold storage facilities and equipment generating heat. The white version is not UV-resistant – use only indoors or in locations protected from direct sunlight.
