White Cable Tie 12.6x530 mm – Solid Halogen-Free Fastening

Made from polyamide 6.6, this cable tie is free of halogens and silicones, making it safe for applications where avoiding toxic fumes during sudden overheating is critical. UL and ROHS certifications confirm its compliance with the strictest safety and environmental standards.

The rounded tip facilitates easy insertion into the head – it does not jam or tear during installation, even when handling large quantities of ties throughout the day. This matters both for installers working in tight spaces and for those who need to secure multiple cables quickly and reliably.

With a width of 12.6 mm and a length of 530 mm, this tie handles cable bundles up to 156 mm in diameter – ideal for securing cable groups in distribution boards, conduits, or on walls. The maximum recommended load is 110 kg – it does not break under weight and does not stretch over time.

Operating temperature: from -40°C to +85°C. It retains its strength whether in a freezing basement or near a heated control cabinet. The white version is not UV-resistant – do not use it outdoors without protection. For outdoor applications, choose the black version.

Designed to work with CELO systems – compatible with InsertFIX and other ties from the TBB/TBL/TBD/TBM series. Packaged in a practical EURO-hole bag for easy storage and dispensing at the workstation.
