Nylon cable tie made of polyamide 6.6, halogen-free and silicone-free

Manufactured from pure nylon (polyamide 6.6), this tie contains no halogens or silicone, making it safe for installations where toxic fumes must be avoided in case of overheating. UL and ROHS certifications confirm compliance with international safety and environmental standards.

With a length of 200 mm and width of 2.5 mm, it is ideal for bundling cables and pipes up to 315 mm in diameter—suitable for both electrical and hydraulic systems. Tensile strength of up to 110 kg ensures secure retention of even thick cable bundles or PVC, steel, or plastic pipes.

The rounded tip facilitates smooth insertion into the head—prevents jamming, avoids surface damage, and enables quick, one-time tightening. Once secured, it forms a stable, irreversible loop that does not loosen under vibration or temperature fluctuations.

The white (natural) version is intended for indoor use only. It is not UV-resistant—do not use outdoors without protection. For outdoor applications, choose the black version.
