Nylon cable tie made of polyamide 6.6, halogen-free and silicone-free

Manufactured from high-quality nylon (polyamide 6.6), this tie contains no halogens or silicone, making it safe for installations where avoidance of toxic fumes during overheating is critical. UL and ROHS certifications confirm compliance with international safety and environmental standards.

With a length of 300 mm and width of 3.6 mm, it enables secure bundling of cable groups or pipes up to 315 mm in diameter. A tensile strength of up to 110 kg makes it suitable for heavy-duty applications—from electrical conduits to water supply and ventilation pipes.

The rounded tip facilitates smooth insertion into the head—preventing snagging, surface damage, and enabling quick, one-time tightening. Once secured, it forms a stable, irreversible loop that remains tight even under vibration or temperature fluctuations.

The white (natural) version is intended for indoor use only. It is not UV-resistant and must not be used outdoors without protection from sunlight. For outdoor applications, choose the black version.

The material maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range—from as low as -40°C to as high as +85°C—making it suitable for use in boiler rooms, cold storage facilities, and warehouses alike.
