Polyamide 6.6 Cable Tie – Halogen-Free, Weather-Resistant

Made from pure polyamide 6.6 (V2 UL 94), this cable tie contains no halogens or silicone, making it safe for installations where avoiding toxic fumes in case of overheating is critical. This material ensures high tensile strength – up to 110 kg – and stability across a wide temperature range, both low and high.

A length of 365 mm allows secure fastening of cable bundles or pipes with a diameter up to 315 mm, while a width of 7.6 mm ensures even load distribution. The rounded tip facilitates easy insertion into the head – it does not jam, does not damage surfaces, and enables quick, single-pull tightening. Once tightened, it forms a tight, irreversible loop that neither slips nor loosens under load.
