The cable tie, measuring 7.6x450 mm, is made from pure polyamide 6.6 (nylon) without halogen or silicone additives — making it safe for use in enclosed spaces and systems sensitive to hazardous gas emissions. UL and ROHS certifications confirm compliance with international safety and environmental standards.

Thanks to the material structure and precise geometry, the tie securely holds cables, pipes, or hoses up to 130 mm in diameter without risking insulation damage. The maximum tensile load of 110 kg makes it suitable even for heavy-duty installations. The rounded tip facilitates smooth insertion into the head — it does not jam or form loops during installation, and after tightening, it forms a stable, uniform loop.

Please note: UV resistance applies only to black versions. This white tie is not intended for prolonged outdoor exposure to sunlight — but performs excellently inside enclosures, ducts, under ceilings, or in enclosed rooms.

Installation is simple: pull the tie around the items to be secured, insert the end into the head, and press — no tools required. It does not loosen on its own, resists corrosion, and withstands temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
