This 90° twin socket elbow with a diameter of 22 mm from the GAS PRESS series is part of the Conex system, designed to create safe and durable gas installations. Made of high-quality copper, it ensures reliability and corrosion resistance. This fitting is ideal for changing the direction of pipes in gas, compressed air, and LPG installations.

Materials and construction – a guarantee of quality

The elbow is made of Cu-DHP copper with a purity of 99.99% deoxidized with phosphorus (according to PN-EN 1254 standard), which ensures excellent plasticity and corrosion resistance. Additionally, bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) according to PN-EN 1982 is used in areas exposed to higher loads. This selection of materials translates into a long service life and trouble-free operation of the installation. Production in Spain and Poland confirms high quality standards.

Application and compatibility

Fittings from the B Press series are compatible with all types of copper pipes meeting the requirements of PN-EN 1057 standard, as well as stainless steel pipes (PN-EN 10312). This offers great flexibility in design and installation. The twin socket elbow is particularly useful in situations where a change in pipe direction at a right angle is required, e.g., when bypassing obstacles or connecting devices. The use of crimping jaws with a V profile ensures a tight and durable connection.
