### Reduction for water and heating installations
This internal reduction, made of brass, is used to connect pipes of different diameters – 22 mm and 18 mm. It is a key element in installation systems, allowing for precise fitting and ensuring a tight connection. Thanks to the use of a compression ring, installation is quick and reliable.
The Conex-400 reduction, manufactured by IBP, meets the PN-EN 1254-2 standard and is characterized by high-quality workmanship. The body made of DZR CuZn38As (CW5111-DW) and CuZn40Pb2 (CW617NDW) brass guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Both materials have PZH approval, confirming their safety for drinking water. The compression rings and nuts are also made of brass, ensuring compatibility and durability of the entire connection.
- Versatility: Can be used with copper pipes (PN-EN 1057), stainless steel pipes (PN-EN 10312) and carbon steel pipes (PN-EN 10305-3).
- Disconnectibility: The connection is disconnectible, making disassembly and reassembly easier without the need to replace the entire element – simply replace the compression ring.
- Warranty: The manufacturer offers a 25-year warranty on Conex screwed fittings and connection tightness with proper installation.
