Balancing valve MSV-F2 PN 25 DN 25 003Z1094
Product Features
- Manual balancing valve with flanges, designed for flow balancing in heating and cooling systems
The MSV-F2 DN 25 PN 25 valve is a flow balancing element for closed heating and cooling circuits, where precise matching of flow rate to the required design value is crucial. It is designed for operation in systems with water or its mixtures with glycol — asbestos-free, in accordance with current safety standards.
It features flanges compliant with EN 1092-2, allowing for safe and leak-tight installation directly onto pipelines without the need for additional adapters. The housing is made of ductile iron EN-GJS 400-15 (GGG-40), ensuring resistance to mechanical loads and long-term stability under pressures up to 25 bar and temperatures up to 150 °C.
The Kvs value is 9 m³/h — this means that at a pressure drop of 1 bar, the flow through the valve reaches 9 cubic meters per hour. This allows for effective flow regulation in medium-sized circuits, e.g., for a radiator group or a heat exchanger unit. The maximum pressure drop the valve can withstand without risk of damage is 200 kPa — sufficient for most hydronic systems.
The valve has an isolation function — it can be completely closed, facilitating service or replacement of installation parts without the need to drain the entire circuit. It is standardly equipped with a handwheel with an integrated lift limiter and the possibility of locking the setting — once set, the value cannot be accidentally changed. The setting scale enables precise flow adjustment using a PFM100 or PFM1000 meter.
The valve has built-in measurement sockets — they allow for quick flow measurement without the need to install additional components. Installation is possible on both the supply and return pipelines — this flexibility significantly simplifies system design.
The net weight is approx. 3.1 kg — light enough not to overload supporting structures, but heavy enough to ensure stability when mounted on pressurized pipelines. It contains no batteries or electronic components — it operates purely mechanically, making it reliable even in the absence of power.
Compliant with EN and ISO5208 standards (Class A — no visible leakage). Intended for closed systems — not suitable for domestic hot water.
