FHV-R regulating valve with housing, for wall mounting 003L1000
Underfloor heating regulating valve – precision and comfort
The FHV-R valve with housing, designed for wall mounting, is a key element of an underfloor heating system. It enables effective temperature control in the heating loop, as well as limiting the return temperature, which translates into optimal system operation and energy savings. This is an ideal solution for both new installations and the modernization of existing ones.
The FHV-R valve works with the FJVR sensor, ensuring precise maintenance of the set temperature. Its design is intended for easy installation and reliable operation. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees long-term operation without the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
Construction and application
The FHV-R valve is widely used in underfloor heating systems, especially where the area of the heated floor does not exceed 10 m². It can also be used in systems where underfloor heating works with traditional radiators. Thanks to the possibility of limiting the return temperature, it protects the installation elements from overheating and damage.
- Temperature regulation: Precise control of the temperature in the underfloor heating loop.
- Return temperature limitation: Protection of the installation against overheating and damage.
- Easy installation: Designed for wall mounting, with a housing facilitating installation.
- High-quality materials: Guarantee of long-lasting and trouble-free operation.
- Compatibility: Cooperation with the FJVR sensor for precise temperature control.
- Versatility: Possibility of use in new and modernized underfloor heating installations.
The FHV-R valve is characterized by a G¾A connection and a maximum working pressure of 6 bar. Its flow rate (Kvs) is 0.88 m³/h, which ensures an adequate flow of heat in the system. The maximum flow temperature is 90°C, allowing it to be used in most standard heating installations. The solid construction of the valve ensures its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage – this is important for both the installer during installation and the end user throughout the life of the device.
