Mixing thermostatic valve TVM-H is a reliable solution for precise water temperature control in central heating and domestic hot water systems. Made of dezincification resistant brass (DZR), the device ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh conditions. Its main task is to deliver water at a constant, required temperature, which translates to user comfort and energy efficiency of the system.

This valve has a wide range of applications – from underfloor heating systems (up to 200 m² area with DN25) to protecting boilers from condensation. The ability to easily replace the thermostatic element, even on a mounted valve, minimizes operating costs and downtime. This makes maintenance simple and does not require dismantling the entire device.

Characteristics and application

TVM-H is a direct-acting mixing valve that allows you to set the water temperature in the range of 35 to 70°C. Its construction based on a thermostatic element with a return spring guarantees a stable outlet temperature, regardless of changes in supply pressure and temperature. The Kvs value of 2.6 ensures adequate medium flow, and the possibility of using mounting connectors (available separately) facilitates installation and integration with the existing system. The use of a check valve (available as accessories) further increases the functionality of the installation.

The valve is designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and a maximum supply temperature of 100°C. Made of high-quality materials, such as DZR brass and stainless steel, it guarantees resistance to corrosion and scale formation. The EPDM seal ensures the tightness and reliability of the connections.

Construction and parameters

The TVM-H valve with a nominal diameter of DN 25 has external threaded connections with a length of 37 mm (connections 1 and 2) and 45 mm (connection 3). The center height is 115 mm, which facilitates installation in tight spaces. The maximum differential pressure in the open position is 5 bar. The valve design allows for a four-way connection by using a tee – however, this model does not include it. Remember to choose appropriate mounting connectors (available separately for DN20 and DN25) to ensure a correct and tight connection with the installation.
