The AB-PM 25 valve is a multifunctional device combining the functions of a differential pressure regulator and a valve. It is a key component in systems where precise maintenance of the pressure difference is essential for proper operation. Characteristics and application

The AB-PM 25 valve is used in heating, cooling systems and industrial installations. Its main task is to maintain a constant pressure difference between two points in the installation, which allows for optimal distribution of the medium (e.g. water) and ensures uniform thermal comfort. The flow limiter, which is an integral part of the valve, additionally protects the installation against excessive energy consumption.

This valve is particularly useful in systems with circulating pumps, where a stable pressure difference affects the pump's efficiency and reduces the risk of cavitation. Thanks to the possibility of manual closing, the valve allows for easy servicing and maintenance of the installation. The position indicator allows for visual control of the valve status without the need for disassembly.

Construction and product features

The valve body made of brass provides high corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Connections with metric external thread (diameter 33.7 mm) facilitate installation and integration with the existing installation. Pressure class PN 16 guarantees safe operation even at high working pressures (maximum differential pressure at 20°C is 400 bar).

The AB-PM 25 valve is also characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – up to 120°C, which makes it a universal solution for various applications. The impulse tube allows connection to external measuring devices, and the lack of the need to set the pressure difference simplifies the installation and operation process. Membrane control ensures precise and stable flow regulation. Nominal diameter DN 25 makes the valve suitable for installations with medium flow capacity.
