The MCR4 32/SRK150MG wall-mounted condensing gas boiler is a set consisting of a wall-hung boiler and an enamelled DHW heater SRK150MG.

Advanced combustion control system and power modulation

The boiler is equipped with an electronic Gas Adaptive System, which automatically controls the combustion process and adjusts the boiler's operation depending on the gas category (E, Lw, Ls, or propane/butane). This intelligent technology eliminates the need for manual adjustment when changing the type of gas, ensuring optimal efficiency regardless of the supply conditions.

The air-gas module provides a wide modulation range from 10 to 100% of power, allowing for precise adjustment of output to current heating needs. This ensures the system operates economically both at low loads (e.g., transitional periods) and at maximum heat demand.

The device achieves full load efficiency of up to 105.8%, which translates into significant fuel savings compared to traditional atmospheric boilers.

Particular attention has been paid to the ecological aspect - the boiler is characterized by low NOx emissions <14 mg/kWh, meeting the highest environmental requirements. Additionally, the device is adapted for burning gas with a 20% hydrogen blend, making it ready for future trends in the use of renewable energy sources.

Durable construction and advanced components

The heart of the boiler is a toroidal heat exchanger made of stainless steel, covered by a 5-year warranty. This design guarantees long-term corrosion resistance and high heat exchange efficiency throughout its service life.

The hydraulic module is made of a brass body containing an A-class modulated pump with an energy efficiency index of EEI<0.23. A CH/DHW diverter valve mounted on the supply line and a central heating safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar ensure the safe and reliable operation of the entire system.

An 8-liter expansion vessel mounted in the support frame and a DHW sensor are integral parts of the construction.

Comprehensive installation solution and control

The boiler offers wide possibilities for connection to various flue gas discharge systems: air/flue gas duct (homologations C10, C13, and C33), chimney (homologation B23p and C93), distribution system (C53), or a collective flue gas discharge system (C43P). The set includes a Ø60/100 mm air/flue gas connector and all necessary elements to connect the boiler to the DHW heater.

The E-Pilot control system is equipped with weather-compensated automation and an intuitive user interface. When equipped with an AF60 outdoor temperature sensor and a Smart TC modulating thermostat, Wi-Fi control via Android/iOS applications is possible.

As an optional accessory, the SCB-17B board is available for direct installation in the boiler, enabling the management of an additional heating circuit, which expands the configuration possibilities of the entire heating installation.
