Purpose and Application

The GZ 41.5 conversion kit is designed to adapt boilers for operation with natural gas having an energy output of 41.5 MJ/m³ (Lw). This is necessary when changing the fuel source – for example, from propane/butane to natural gas – without replacing the entire unit. The kit includes components tailored to specific combustion parameters, ensuring stable and safe boiler operation.

Construction and Installation

The kit is designed as a complete, ready-to-install unit, requiring no assembly from separate components. The elements are made from materials resistant to gas exposure and high temperatures, guaranteeing long-term reliability. Installation requires knowledge of the boiler's construction and strict adherence to the manufacturer's instructions; it is not a component for DIY replacement without technical expertise. The kit dimensions (13.5 x 16 x 2.2 cm) allow for installation within the limited internal space of the boiler.

Compatibility and Operating Conditions

The kit is intended exclusively for devices originally configured for LPG gas that require conversion to natural gas. It is not suitable for other brands or for boilers already configured for natural gas. It must be used only in systems with appropriate gas supply pressure – it is not a regulating element but a component for matching combustion parameters. The energy value of 41.5 MJ/m³ corresponds to standard natural gas in Poland.
