Axial Wall Fan for RCI 400 Systems

The fan is designed for operation in demanding environmental conditions – its dust- and water-resistant construction makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. The frame is made of high-impact HIPS, and the impeller of glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene, which prevents mechanical damage during operation in harsh conditions.

The single-phase asynchronous motor (230 V / 50 Hz) features insulation class F and protection rating IP66, ensuring safety even under direct exposure to water jets or dense dust. No additional weather protection is required – outdoor mounting is possible without an enclosure.

The maximum operating temperature is 60 °C, sufficient for most ventilation systems in residential and commercial buildings. An airflow capacity of 4400 m³/h at a rotational speed of 1350 RPM ensures effective air exchange in large spaces, such as industrial kitchens, technical rooms, or heat recovery systems.

The noise level of 61 dB(A) is not minimal but typical for fans of this capacity – it does not cause disturbances in environments without strict acoustic requirements such as “quiet rooms”. The motor power (150 W) is optimized for energy efficiency while maintaining constant performance.

Installation is simple – the fan is ready for direct connection to the 230 V mains. No additional transformers or controllers are required. Note that its construction contains no moving parts other than the impeller, which reduces the risk of failure and simplifies maintenance.
