MCR4 24 single-function condensing gas boiler

A wall-mounted condensing boiler designed to operate with gas containing up to 20% hydrogen – prepared for the energy future without the need to replace the device. The Gas Adaptive system automatically adjusts combustion parameters to the type of gas: E, Lw, Ls, or propane/butane. When operating on Ls gas, an additional conversion kit is required – there is no need to replace the entire boiler.

The design is compact (395 x 700 x 285 mm) and lightweight (28.5 kg), facilitating transport and installation even in limited spaces. The heat exchanger has a toroidal shape and is made of stainless steel – it comes with a 5-year warranty, emphasizing the durability of the material under condensation conditions.

The air-gas module enables power modulation from 10% to 100%, ensuring stable temperature and low gas consumption at low loads. The non-return valve allows for operation with C43p pressurized flue gas discharge systems, and the Ø60/100 mm air/flue connector is supplied as standard. The boiler is approved for connection with:

• air/flue duct (C10, C13, C33)
• traditional chimney (B23p, C93)
• distribution system (C53)
• collective flue gas discharge system (C43P)

Efficiency at full load reaches up to 105.8%, and nitrogen oxide emissions are below 14 mg/kWh – meeting the strictest ecological standards.

The hydraulic module with a brass body includes:

• Class A modulated pump with EEI < 0.23 – low electricity consumption
• a switching valve between the central heating and domestic hot water circuits mounted on the supply
• central heating safety valve set at 3 bar
• an 8-liter expansion vessel built into the support frame – requiring no additional space

The E-Pilot control console offers an intuitive interface and weather compensation. Full functionality requires equipping it with an AF60 outdoor temperature sensor. Connection to the Smart TC modulating thermostat is possible, which enables remote control via smartphone or tablet – the application is available for Android and iOS. Faults are signaled in real time, shortening diagnostic time.

Additionally, the SCB-17B board can extend the functionality to include management of a second heating circuit – without the need to install an external controller.
