The DEVIaqua 9T heating cable is a reliable solution to protect water pipes from freezing. Designed for installation inside pipes, it provides effective protection against damage caused by low temperatures. With a heating power of 9 W/m at 230V, the cable effectively maintains the appropriate water temperature in the pipes, preventing it from freezing and bursting.

The cable is distinguished by its simple installation and use. It is single-sided powered, which simplifies connection to the electrical installation. Made of high-quality materials, including food-grade polyethylene insulation, it is safe for drinking water. The blue color of the cable makes it easier to identify inside the pipe.

Construction and application

The DEVIaqua 9T cable is a constant resistance cable, which means its electrical resistance is constant throughout its entire length. This ensures even heat distribution along the entire length of the pipe. The cable diameter is 7 mm and its length is 3 meters – ideal for protecting shorter sections of pipelines. The application of the cable is mainly limited to heating pipelines, but it can also be used in other applications requiring frost protection.

The use of a copper screen minimizes the risk of electromagnetic interference and ensures stable system operation. The maximum operating temperature of the cable is 65°C, which guarantees safe use even in difficult conditions. The cable width is 386 mm – a parameter important when planning installation inside pipes of different diameters.
