Temporary power supply on the construction site and in the workshop

The JUN-S/FI series construction distribution board is a complete solution for electrical energy distribution in places where the lack of a permanent installation prevents normal device connection. It is ideal for construction sites, workshops, warehouses, and renovation works - anywhere a safe, portable power source is needed.

The plastic enclosure has a stationary design but is surface-mounted - simply attach it to a wall or place it in a convenient location and connect it to the grid using the included H07RN-F cable with a cross-section of 5×4 mm² and a length of approximately 1 meter. The QUICK-CONNECT Bals connection plug with parameters 32A 5P 400V IP44 allows for a quick connection to a three-phase network.

Sockets and connection possibilities

The device offers up to five sockets with different parameters:

• 3 single-phase sockets - each with a voltage of 230V, current of 16A, with a grounding pin (1P+N+PE) and IP54 protection
• 1 three-phase power socket - 16A 400V IP54
• 1 three-phase power socket - 32A 400V IP54

This configuration allows for the simultaneous powering of both small power tools (drills, grinders, heat guns) and larger construction machines requiring three-phase power - e.g., concrete mixers, welders, or compressors. The RDF coefficient of 0.7 indicates the allowable continuous load relative to the rated current.

Protections and user safety

Protection against electric shock is provided by an RCD (FI) (Type A) with parameters 40A / 30mA / 4P. It detects current differences between the phase and neutral conductors and instantly cuts off the power in the event of insulation failure - this is a fundamental protection on every construction site.

Each socket additionally has its own overcurrent protection:

All circuit breakers have a breaking capacity of 6 kA, meaning they will safely interrupt short-circuit current even under full load.

The enclosure protection rating is IP44 - protecting against solid objects above 1 mm and water splashes from any direction. The sockets themselves have a higher IP54 rating due to the tight design of the covers.

Operating parameters and environmental conditions

The distribution board operates in temperatures from -25°C to +50°C, making it suitable for both winter use on an unheated construction site and summer conditions. The enclosure dimensions are 223 × 310 × 112 mm - a compact body fitting into a single row of modules (12 modules). PG21 and PG29 cable entries allow for the introduction of additional wires or cable glands.

Production takes place under a system certified by TÜV SÜD, and each device receives an individual certificate of conformity with the IEC 61439 standard after testing. The manufacturer - Doktorvolt - has been operating since 2013 and specializes in construction distribution boards.
