Charging station GO-BOX Charger 11 kW type 2 Doktorvolt 0713 DV-0713-EV
Dual-function charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles
The GO-BOX Charger station is a wallbox designed for flexibility - it functions both as a stationary device mounted on a garage wall or parking space, and as a portable charger that you can take with you on a trip. Simply connect it to a standard CEE 16 A socket to start charging.
The device supports Mode 3 compliant with the IEC 62196-2 standard - this is the most popular communication standard between the station and the electric vehicle in Europe. The power range from 3.7 to 11 kW allows the charging rate to be adapted to the available three-phase installation. At full power of 11 kW (16A/400V AC), most batteries with a capacity of 60-80 kWh replenish energy within a few hours - fast enough for the car to be ready for the next day after overnight charging.
Construction and workmanship
The housing with dimensions 255 × 205 × 112 mm (without sockets) is made of durable plastic suitable for outdoor use. The IP54 protection rating means resistance to dust and water splashes from any direction - the wallbox will work well under a canopy, outside a building, or in an unheated garage. The material is also resistant to UV radiation, which prevents plastic degradation due to sunlight.
In the set, you will find two mounting plates - black and white - allowing you to choose the mounting color to match your space arrangement. Included screws and a PG21 cable gland facilitate correct installation.
Safety and communication
Communication with the vehicle is handled by an intelligent charging controller, which supports full communication between the station and the car in accordance with the Mode 3 standard. In case an error is detected - e.g., a grid failure, overheating, or improper voltage - the controller automatically interrupts the charging process.
On the front panel, there is a START/STOP button with a backlit LED signaling the current status of the device (ready, charging, error). The main mains switch is also backlit.
Protections built into the housing:
- Type A RCBO - a residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection in one module,
- RCM Module - DC leakage detection, which prevents unwanted RCD reactions when powered from photovoltaic inverters.
Both functions eliminate the need to install additional protective elements in the distribution board - installation is reduced to connecting the power cable.
Operating conditions and certification
The station operates in an ambient temperature from −5°C to +40°C. The manufacturer recommends avoiding areas with strong sunlight - prolonged heating of the housing may affect the durability of internal components.
The device has obtained certificates confirming compliance with European safety standards:
| Standard / certificate | Scope |
|---|---|
| TÜV SÜD | Product safety certification |
| CE | Compliance with EU directives |
| IEC 61439 | Modular switchgear testing |
| EN 62196-2 | Plug and socket-outlet parameters for charging |
| ISO 9001:2015 | Manufacturer's quality management system |
The manufacturer - Doktorvolt company based in Malichów (Opole Voivodeship) - specializes in the production of distribution boards and has been providing solutions for the professional and residential markets for years.
