Mobile construction distribution board for demanding construction sites

The DV-1437-F construction distribution board from the TR series is a fully equipped device for electrical power distribution on construction sites, in warehouses, and workshops. Unlike simple single-phase distribution boards, this model offers full three-phase power supply - for both standard receivers (230V) and power equipment (400V). The high-quality plastic housing ensures resistance to mechanical impacts, and the IP44 sealing allows for operation in outdoor conditions without additional protection against rain or dust.

Housing and mobility

The compact body with dimensions 310 × 275 × 120 mm (without sockets) can be carried in one hand thanks to the handle mounted on the upper part of the housing. The front plate is gray, and the rear is black. The housing material is UV resistant, meaning the enclosure will not crack or deform under months of sun exposure - a typical problem with cheaper construction distribution boards.

The inspection window with a width of 12 modules allows easy access to the protective devices without dismantling the entire distribution board. This is important when modernizing an installation or replacing a damaged switch - the installer opens the flap and has immediate access to all components.

Socket set and connection possibilities

The distribution board is equipped with seven sockets covering most needs on a typical construction site:

• 4 single-phase sockets (1P + N + PE) with a current of 16A / 230V - each with a protective pin (grounding contact), allowing the connection of standard power tools and work lighting;
• 2 CEE three-phase sockets (3P + N + PE) with a current of 16A / 400V - for powering portable machines requiring three phases;
• 1 CEE three-phase socket (3P + N + PE) with a current of 32A / 400V - dedicated to high-power consumption devices.

The set is completed by an H07RN-F connection cable (5 × 4 mm²) with a length of 1 meter, terminated with a CEE plug 3P + N + PE / 32A / 400V. This cable meets the standards for working cables - it is flexible, resistant to abrasion, and resistant to atmospheric factors.

Protections, internal wiring, and certificates

The DV-1437-F model is equipped with complete protective devices from the Doktorvolt brand:

The type A residual current device reacts to both sinusoidal (AC) and pulsating (DC) leakage currents - important for modern switching power supplies. The C characteristic of the circuit breakers allows them to safely withstand short-term inrush current overloads of electric motors without unnecessary tripping.

The rated short-circuit capacity is ≤ 6 kA, and the operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +50°C - the distribution board will perform well in both frosty autumn and summer heat.

The interior of the distribution board is factory-wired with H07V-K wires:

• yellow-green core (protective) - 2,5/4 mm²
• blue core (neutral) - 2,5/4 mm²
• black core (phase) - 2,5/4 mm²

These cross-sections are adequate for long-term load capacity at a rated current of 32A. The installer does not need to match wires or perform internal connections - the distribution board is ready to work immediately after connecting the power supply.
