Mobile construction and resistance to external conditions

Model DV-1420-F from the TR series is a compact construction site distribution board in an IP44 hermetic enclosure, designed for operation in harsh conditions - on construction sites, in industrial plants, automotive workshops, and for powering green areas and outdoor events. The plastic construction in gray with a black back is UV resistant and operates in temperatures from -25°C to +50°C.

Transport is facilitated by a handle mounted on the upper part of the enclosure. Inside, there is an inspection window providing quick access during maintenance or installation expansion. The enclosure dimensions without sockets are 310 × 275 × 120 mm - so it fits comfortably on the bed of a delivery van.

Electrical equipment - sockets of various types

The distribution board offers a wide selection of sockets:

• 4 single-phase sockets (Schuko) with protective pin - 230 V / 16 A, each with a separate C16, 1P circuit breaker,
• 2 CEE power sockets three-phase - 400 V / 16 A / 5P,
• 1 CEE power socket three-phase - 400 V / 32 A / 5P,
• one CEE plug three-phase 400 V / 32 A / 5P mounted on a one-meter H07RN-F cable with a cross-section of 5×4 mm².

Overcurrent protection

The protective device set includes six circuit breakers with C characteristic and a rated short-circuit current of ≤6 kA. Four C16 single-pole circuit breakers protect the 230 V sockets. Two three-phase circuit breakers (C16 and C32) protect the smaller and larger CEE power sockets, respectively.

Internal wiring is made with H07V-K wires in colors compliant with the standard - yellow-green (protective), blue (neutral), and black (phase), each with a cross-section of 2,5-4 mm².

Standards, certificates, and operating conditions

The device complies with the IEC 61439 standard, holds the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate, and has TÜV SÜD approval. Each unit undergoes individual testing and receives its own quality certificate - important for installers working on industrial facilities requiring handover documentation.

The IP44 protection rating means the enclosure is sealed against solid bodies above 1 mm and against water splashes from any direction. The rated current of the entire device is 32 A, operating voltage 230/400 V, frequency 50 Hz. An RDF coefficient of 0.6 informs about the permissible continuous load during cyclic operation.
