Mobile power supply on the construction site

A construction distribution board on a stand is a complete solution for temporary electrical power distribution - on construction sites, during renovation works, or in industrial facilities requiring a portable power point. The device provides power to four independent circuits simultaneously, allowing for the elimination of extensive temporary installations and accelerating the start of work.

The enclosure made of technopolymer ensures resistance to mechanical impact and atmospheric conditions. The polycarbonate door is transparent - the installer can see the status of the modular devices without the need to open them. The gray RAL 7035 color ensures the box does not stand out on a facade or in a hall. The EPDM rubber seal maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range, and the stainless steel screws do not corrode even with frequent use in the open air.

The stand allows the distribution board to be set up as a free-standing unit - without driving in anchors or mounting to a wall. The dimensions 495 × 250 × 185 mm fit in the trunk of a standard van, so transport between sites is not a problem.

Multi-voltage working sockets

On board you will find:

• CEE 32A / 400V / IP44 power socket - for powering large construction machinery: concrete mixers, transformer welders, or generators.
• CEE 16A / 400V / IP44 power socket - for devices with medium power consumption, e.g., piston compressors.
• Two Schuko Type F / 230V / IP54 sockets - dedicated to portable power tools (drills, grinders, heat guns), where a higher IP rating protects against moisture and dust typical for interiors during finishing.

All power sockets are from Bals, a Polish manufacturer specializing in electrical installation components for industry and construction.

Protections - full protection of the working area

Safety is ensured by a multi-level system:

• Type A Residual Current Device (RCD), 40A / 30mA - protects the entire distribution board against electric shock in case of insulation damage to any of the connected devices.
• C32 fuse / three-phase / 6kA - protects the high-power socket circuit against overload.
• C16 fuse / three-phase / 6kA - analogous protection for the smaller CEE socket.
• C16 fuse / single-phase / single-module / Doktorvolt - dedicated protection for the Schuko line.

The TH35 DIN rail with a 12 mm² wire cross-section ensures proper current distribution between modules. The connection cable is a rubber H07RN-F with a 5×4 mm² cross-section, which maintains flexibility at negative temperatures and is resistant to industrial oils. The Mennekes IP44 plug guarantees a secure connection to the power supply network.

IP44 standard and approvals

The IP44 protection rating means the enclosure is sealed against solid objects above 1 mm and water splashes falling from any angle - sufficient for use on an open construction site in rain or snow.
