Professional power supply for construction sites

The DV-5534-D distribution board is a stationary device designed for temporary electrical installations on construction sites, in workshops, and industrial facilities. The plastic enclosure is characterized by UV resistance and a wide operating temperature range - from -25°C to +50°C. The IP44 protection rating means an effective barrier against solid objects above 1 mm and water splashes from any direction. The front plate is grey, the rear is black.

Sockets and connection flexibility

The socket configuration has been designed so that a single distribution board covers the typical needs of a small or medium-sized construction site:

• 2 Schuko sockets (1-phase, 16A, 230V) - for hand tools, work lighting, portable power tools
• 1 CEE socket (3-phase, 16A/5P, 400V) - for larger machines requiring three-phase power

This combination allows for the simultaneous connection of various construction devices without the need to expand the temporary installation. The inspection window (11-module) allows quick access to modular devices for maintenance or connection modifications.

Overcurrent and residual current protection

The distribution board is equipped with B16 overcurrent breakers (1P and 3P) and a 25A/300mA AC residual current device - all with VDE certification:

• B16 overcurrent breaker, 1P - protects single-phase circuits against overload and short circuits (6 kA)
• B16 overcurrent breaker, 3P - protects three-phase circuits (also 6 kA)
• 25A/300mA AC residual current device - detects current leakage and cuts off power in a fraction of a second

The rated current of the distribution board is 25A, and the rated short-circuit capacity is ≤6 kA. The load factor (RDF) level of 0.8 informs about the permissible continuous load during intermittent operation.
