Comprehensive power supply for construction sites and outdoor areas
The DV-S/FI distribution board is a device created to work where conditions are unpredictable - dust, moisture, variable load. The enclosure with dimensions 365 × 260 × 125 mm houses a full set of sockets and protective devices in one compact unit made of plastic. The front plate is gray RAL 7035, the rear is black. An EPDM rubber gasket ensures durable sealing even with repeated opening of the inspection window.
Socket configuration and protection system
The distribution board is equipped with four sockets arranged on the front plate:
- 2 × Schuko Type F flush-mounted socket (German system) - voltage 230 V, current 16 A, ingress protection class IP54. Sockets of this type are widely used in Poland and Germany, which means compatibility with most power tools, work lighting, and household appliances found on construction sites.
- 1 × CEE 32 A / 5P angled power socket - voltage 400 V, intended for powering heavy construction machinery: concrete mixers, compressors, petrol-electric cutters.
- 1 × CEE 16 A / 5P angled power socket - voltage 400 V, dedicated to smaller three-phase devices or as a reserve for equipment with a higher current draw than the Schuko socket.
The 3-phase, 10-module busbar with a 12 mm² conductor cross-section distributes power evenly to all circuits.
The distribution board is equipped with all necessary protection elements - no additional purchase or installation is required:
- SEZ residual current device (RCD) with parameters 40 A / 30 mA / 4P / Type A - protects against electric shock in case of insulation failure in any part of the device connected to the distribution board.
- SEZ VDE miniature circuit breakers (MCB):
- C16A / 10 kA / 1P - protects the Schuko socket circuit,
- C16A / 10 kA / 3P - protects the CEE power socket circuit,
- C32A / 10 kA / 3P - protects the high-power CEE power socket circuit.
The rated short-circuit current is ≤ 10 kA, and the simultaneity factor RDF is 0.8. The operating voltage is 230/400 V AC at a frequency of 50 Hz.
IP54 resistance and practical applications
The IP54 protection rating according to EN60529 means full protection against dust, protection against water splashes from any angle, and protection against access to hazardous parts with wire or tools. The enclosure is effective both for roadworks exposed to rain and asphalt dust, as well as inside industrial halls or garages.
The device is suitable everywhere reliable temporary power is needed:
- construction sites for single-family houses and large-scale investments,
- road and infrastructure works requiring heavy equipment power,
- production halls and workshops assembling three-phase machines,
- green areas and outdoor events - anywhere it is necessary to safely distribute electrical energy from one connection point to many receivers simultaneously.
Production takes place under a management system certified by TÜV SÜD, and every device undergoes routine tests confirmed by an individual certificate. The distribution board meets the requirements of the IEC 61439-3 standard, and the modular apparatus has IEC/VDE certificates confirming compliance of the circuit breakers (IEC61008-1) and residual current devices (IEC61009-1). It is ready for connection on the mains side - simply connect the supply cables to the terminal block.
