Construction distribution board ECO-S/FI 32A 16A 2x230V Schuko Doktorvolt 2633 DV-2633-D
Temporary power supply on construction sites and in workshops
A ready-to-use distribution device designed for the temporary power supply of power tools, machines, and lighting on construction sites, workshops, and industrial installations - no additional components need to be purchased or connected.
The surface-mounted enclosure made of technopolymer provides mechanical resistance with relatively low weight. The front plate is gray RAL 7035, the door is made of polycarbonate, and the EPDM rubber seal protects the interior from dust and water splashes. The IP44 protection rating means protection against wire access and splashing from any direction - sufficient for outdoor work under normal atmospheric conditions. The stainless steel mounting screws do not corrode even with long-term exposure to moisture.
The enclosure dimensions are 360 × 260 × 165 mm, with one row of modules and 12 modules. A PG-21 cable gland is included in the set.
Electrical sockets
The device is equipped with four sockets:
| Type | Voltage | Current | Quantity | IP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bals Quick-Connect Power | 400 V | 32 A | 1 | IP44 |
| Bals Quick-Connect Power | 400 V | 16 A | 1 | IP44 |
| Schuko | 230 V | 16 A | 2 | IP54 |
The German Schuko socket system (type F) is widely used in Europe - standard domestic power tool plugs fit them without adapters. The Bals power sockets with the Quick-Connect system allow for rapid connection without soldering or screwing terminals.
Electrical protections
Each socket has a dedicated overcurrent protection:
- Schuko sockets (230 V): single-pole circuit breaker B16, B characteristic - fast response to short circuits.
- Power sockets (400 V): three-pole C32 (for the 32 A socket) and three-pole C16 (for the 16 A socket). The C characteristic tolerates short-term current spikes during the startup of heavier machines - such as compressors or welding machines.
All circuits are protected by a residual current device 40 A / 30 mA / Type A, which protects the user from electric shock in case of insulation damage to a connected device - it meets the requirement for protection against indirect contact without separation transformers.
The busbar is model 3F /10M /12 mm².
Internal wiring
Factory wiring with H07V-K flexible cables:
- yellow-green protective conductor: mixed cross-section
- black phase conductor: mixed cross-section
- blue neutral conductor: mixed cross-section
Cross-sections were selected so that the wires do not overheat at the device's full rated load (rated current 40 A, voltage 230/400 V, conventional short-circuit current ICC ≤ 6 kA).
Standards and certificates
Production takes place in a management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the 9001:2015 ISO series. The device meets the requirements of:
- low-voltage switchgear standard: IEC/EN IEC61439
- enclosure: construction standard confirmed by certificates
- residual current device: standard confirmed by certificates
- wiring: CPR certificates regarding reaction to fire and RoHS
