The FRED DV-2336-F construction distribution board is a compact distribution device designed for the temporary power supply of power tools, construction machinery, and work lighting. Equipped with two CEE 16A/400V power sockets and two 230V/16A single-phase sockets, it allows for the simultaneous connection of both devices requiring three-phase power (welders, concrete mixers, pumps) and standard electric tools.

The PVC housing in grey RAL 7035 ensures resistance to impacts and weather conditions. The sockets have an IP44 ingress protection rating - protecting against dust and splashing from any direction - which allows the distribution board to be used in open areas without fear of damage during rain or work in dusty environments.

Equipment and components

The distribution board is equipped with high-class type 1385 CEE power sockets (red) supporting three-phase 400V voltage, as well as blue single-phase sockets operating in the French Type E system with a protective contact - a popular solution on European construction sites.

The wiring is made of H07V-K single-core wire with a cross-section of 2,5 mm² in standard wire colors (yellow-green for grounding). The maximum connection wire cross-section is 16 mm², enabling connection to the main distribution board with wires adapted to the load.

The device does not have built-in overcurrent or residual current protections - these must be included in the upstream electrical installation in accordance with applicable standards.

Application and operating conditions

The distribution board is ideal for construction sites during the erection of single-family houses and larger facilities, in automotive and craft workshops, and during outdoor events requiring temporary power. Thanks to its surface mounting, it can be installed directly on a wall or temporary structure - dimensions of 245 × 195 × 95 mm allow for installation even in limited spaces.

It operates at a rated voltage of 230/400 V AC and a frequency of 50 Hz. The short-circuit strength is ≤10 kA, and the permissible duty cycle is defined by an RDF coefficient equal to 0.8. The PG-16 cable gland allows for the entry of connection wires protected against mechanical damage to the insulation.

The product is manufactured in accordance with the IEC 61439 standard (in the part concerning construction distribution boards), which is confirmed by TÜV SÜD certification and the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Each device undergoes a quality control check and receives an individual certificate - information vital for installers requiring technical documentation during commissioning.
