Compact power supply for construction sites, workshops, and gardens

The JUN series distribution board by Doktorvolt is a ready-to-use electrical energy distribution device enclosed in a durable ABS plastic housing. In one compact set, the user receives as many as five sockets of different types - from popular Schuko single-phase sockets, through the CEE 16A power socket, to the most powerful CEE 32A socket capable of powering large construction machinery. This solution eliminates the need to expand the installation with additional elements and allows for a simple way to organize a power point anywhere.

The housing dimensions of 223 × 310 × 112 mm ensure that the distribution board fits even in narrow spaces - wall crevices, construction site corners, or in the trunk of a delivery van. The grey-black color is, in turn, practical for operation: dirt is less visible than on light-colored housings.

Siemens components and thoughtful socket configuration

The protection of individual circuits is provided by circuit breakers from the renowned Siemens brand - these are not substitutes or cheaper equivalents. Specifically, you will find here:

• B25A 3P 6kA Circuit Breaker - protects the CEE 32A power socket circuit,
• B10A 3P 10kA Circuit Breaker - protects the CEE 16A power socket circuit,
• C20A 1P 10kA Circuit Breaker - protects a group of three Schuko sockets.

The B characteristic works well with resistive loads (lighting, heaters), while the C characteristic is resistant to moderate inrush currents - useful for devices with motors. Thanks to this, the distribution board does not react falsely to the startup of a concrete mixer or compressor, but effectively cuts off the power in the event of a short circuit or overload.

The housing accommodates 11 modules arranged in a single row. Each module is covered by a revision window - this solution allows for quick access to the apparatus without dismantling the entire distribution board and protects against accidental contact with live elements.

IP44 resistance and safety standards

The IP44 protection rating indicates dust tightness (objects >1 mm) and resistance to splashing water from any direction - sufficient for working on an open construction site or while watering the garden. The housing itself has a higher IP66 rating, providing an additional barrier for the electronics inside.

The manufacturer declares a rated current for the entire device of 55 A and a rated short-circuit capacity of ≤6 kA. The rated frequency is the standard 50 Hz, and the operating voltage handled by the sockets is 230 V / 400 V.

The distribution board complies with the IEC 61439 standard, which specifies requirements for factory-assembled switchgear. Production takes place in a system certified by TÜV SÜD, and Doktorvolt operates based on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Each device undergoes individual quality control and receives a certificate confirming the test results.

Factory wiring

Internal connections are made with permanently installed H07V-K wires - these are single-core wires with cross-sections matched to the load capacity of the individual circuits. The protective conductors (PE) have yellow-green insulation, neutral (N) - blue, and phase supply - black. The entire setup is already routed and connected at the factory - the distribution board is ready for immediate use after connecting the supply cable. There is no need to purchase any additional apparatus or perform extra cabling.
