Industrial construction distribution board TD Doktorvolt

The TD Doktorvolt distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for construction sites, workshops, garages, and industrial plants - a complete set with factory-installed sockets and wiring that only needs to be connected to the power supply.

The equipment consists of two 400 V 32 A power sockets (type 3451) in red and four 230 V 16 A sockets in Schuko standard (German system). The total rated current of the device is 96 A, and the short-circuit strength is ICC ≤ 10 kA. The operating voltage is 230/400 V.

Enclosure and operating conditions

The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to mechanical impact and changing weather conditions. The door is made of polycarbonate that maintains transparency even under long-term UV radiation exposure. The front plate is grey RAL 7035; the back plate is black.

The enclosure protection rating is IP44 - sufficient for working under a roof or in a damp workshop environment. The Schuko sockets have a higher sealing class of IP54, providing them with better protection against dust and water splashes.

The dimensions of the enclosure with the installed sockets are 360 × 250 × 200 mm. The design fits on a single row of TH/TS 35mm rail (included in the set). Mounting screws are made of stainless steel; the door gasket made of EPDM rubber maintains flexibility during repeated opening and closing.

The set also includes a PG-21 cable gland, allowing the introduction of power cables without compromising the enclosure's sealing.

Factory wiring

The interior of the distribution board is factory-wired with H07V-K wires with cross-sections of 2,5 mm², 4 mm², and 10 mm². The wire color coding (yellow-green grounding, blue neutral, black phase) complies with installation standards - facilitating identification during any modifications or servicing of the internal components.

Standards and certificates

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD and holds the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The distribution board meets the requirements of CE, IEC 61439, and CEI-23-48/49 standards - confirming its compliance in both the Polish and European markets. The wiring additionally meets the requirements of the CPR directive regarding reaction to fire and the RoHS directive restricting the use of hazardous substances in electrical equipment.
