Ready-to-use construction distribution board with full wiring

The TD Doktorvolt distribution board is a complete energy distribution solution for construction sites, workshops, and industrial plants. Unlike distribution boards that require manual wiring - this model is supplied with full internal wiring and is ready for immediate connection on the power supply side.

The enclosure, made of technopolymer with dimensions 360 × 250 × 125 mm, provides an IP65 protection rating, meaning it is dust-tight and protected against water jets. The front plate is gray RAL 7035, while the rear plate is black - the entire unit is sealed with EPDM rubber. Stainless steel mounting screws guarantee the durability of connections even in high humidity conditions.

The rated current of the distribution board is 80 A at a voltage of 230/400 V AC. An RDF coefficient of 0.9 indicates a high load capacity during typical use.

Sockets and connection configuration

The distribution board is equipped with two power sockets: one with a voltage of 400 V and a current of 32 A (IP44) and one with a voltage of 400 V and a current of 16 A (IP44). Additionally, four single-phase Type 11011 sockets are installed - each with a voltage of 230 V, a current of 16 A, an IP54 ingress protection class, and made in the German Schuko (Type F) system with a grounding pin (2P+E). The Schuko system is widely used in Western Europe and allows for the connection of a wide range of power tools and portable devices without adapters.

The set also includes a TH/TS 35 rail, which allows for the expansion of the distribution board with additional modular equipment - circuit breakers (MCBs), residual current devices (RCDs), or energy consumption meters.

Internal wiring

Internal connections are made using H07V-K wires (flexible cables) with cross-sections of 2,5-6 mm², ensuring appropriate current-carrying capacity for each circuit:

• yellow-green wire (protective) - PE core,
• blue wire (neutral) - N core,
• black wires (phase) - distributed to individual circuits.

The wires comply with CPR, RoHS, and CE standards, confirming their fire class and compliance with EU directives.

Standards, certificates, and operating conditions

Production is carried out under a management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution board itself meets the requirements of the IEC 61439-3 standard (also confirmed as DIN 61439-3), meaning compliance with European safety standards for construction distribution boards.

Additionally, the product holds the following certificates: CE, CEI-23-48/49, and the IEC 670 design standard.

The IP65 enclosure protection rating makes the distribution board suitable for open construction sites - resistant to rain, dust, and dirt typical of roadworks or assembly tasks. The included PG-16 cable gland enables the watertight entry of power cables.
