Enclosure and mechanical construction

The TD construction distribution board features a robust technopolymer enclosure - this material provides resistance to impacts and weather conditions, which is crucial on construction sites. The door is made of polycarbonate, the front plate is gray RAL 7035, while the back is black. Stainless steel mounting screws do not corrode even with long-term exposure to moisture. The EPDM rubber gasket maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range and effectively seals the connection between the door and the body.

The enclosure has 12 modules arranged in a single row, with dimensions including installed sockets measuring 360 × 250 × 200 mm. Surface mounting allows for quick hanging on a wall or temporary structure without the need to drill deep holes. The protection rating of the enclosure itself is IP54, which means dust-tight and protected against splashing water - sufficient for outdoor use in typical weather conditions.

The set includes a PG-16 cable gland and a 35 mm TH/TS rail, allowing for the expansion of the distribution board with additional modular elements.

Socket configuration and electrical parameters

The distribution board is equipped with four single-phase 230 V / 16 A sockets in the German Schuko system (2P+E) with an IP54 ingress protection class - these are ideal for connecting hand tools, work lighting, and small equipment. Additionally, two power sockets are installed:

The power sockets have an IP67 protection rating, which means full dust-tightness and resistance to water immersion - useful on construction sites where dust and moisture are commonplace.

The rated current of the distribution board is 112 A, and the rated voltage is 230/400 V. The short-circuit strength ICC reaches ≤ 10 kA, and the RDF coefficient has a value of 1, meaning full continuous load without power reduction.

The wiring is made of H07V-K single-core cables with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm² - yellow-green (protective), black (phase), and blue (neutral). The wires are already inserted and ready to connect the power source.

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD and holds the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The distribution board complies with CE, IEC 61439 and CEI-23-48/49 standards. The wiring complies with the CPR directive regarding reaction to fire and the RoHS directive restricting hazardous substances.
